Traveling as Couple
For the age of the motel it was clean, staff friendly, price was good. It was noisy, both for the location in town and the other guests running up and down stairs till 3-4 am.

Business Traveler
This is a good place for traveling workmen. It features microwave and small refrigerator but it was the wireless high speed internet that really made it worth my while.

The hotel was convinent to the activities we were in Ft. Smith to attend. It suited both our pocket and our needs.

Rooms were very clean, staff was friendly. The only complaint was the pool. Very nice.

Solo Traveler
Fine hotel and a good price. Sleepy little town with more to offer than meets the eye. For the dog folks there is a groomer within walking distance.

Business Traveler
The door to my hotel room was not able to close, so the repair man came and tried to fix it with gum out of his mouth, well it did not work. There was construction at the hotel and they started to work at 7 every day. I left the hotel and stay with a friend because I could not stand it anymore. My stay is based on 2 days. ...read more
